Welcome Back to Urbana Theological Seminary for the 2012-13 school year! We want to invite you to celebrate Urbana Seminary’s 10-year anniversary this year! The last 10 years have brought many God-filled moments and we want to give all praise and glory to God!
In April of 2002 God provided a gift that allowed the Christian Studies Center to develop into Urbana Theological Seminary. Then in 2007 we received degree granting authority from the Illinois Board of Higher Education. Since that time we have seen our graduates become pastors, plant churches, go to the mission field, lead and teach in their home churches, pursue scholarly work and fulfill many other callings from God.
As a seminary we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate 10 years of training in Christian ministry and leadership than inviting several marquee Christian leaders to help us understand better the relationship of our Christian faith to Christian living.
